Whenever you buy a products that contains vegetable oil, contact the manufacturer and ask them if it is palm oil. If it is (or if it says so on the label) ask them if they can tell you where the palm oil came from and whether or not they can guarantee that it did not come from Indonesian or Malaysian plantations that are causing mass deforestation.
